    DIFFICULT CONVERSATIONS IN THE WORKPLACE

We are all faced with difficult conversations every day – whether dealing with an employee performance issue, arguing with a spouse or child, or negotiating with a client.  There really are only two options – confront or avoid.  In this workshop, we will explore the conversation, challenge our assumptions, and learn a new way to approach difficult interactions.  Demonstrations, role play and activities are included to enhance the learning experience.
