Diversity Workshop with Attorney Joe Ciucci of Duane Morris Law Firm.

This presentation will discuss the importance of diversity in the workplace.  Diversity in the workplace is not only smart, but  integral to our global business environment.  The workshop will cover topics that ensure that employees’ differences are respected, and will guide you through practical steps to prevent inappropriate behavior that potentially leads to an uncomfortable work environment.  This presentation will be delivered by Joe Ciucci,a SHRM-Columbus Member and Partner at the international law firm of Duane Morris LLP.  Joe practices in the areas of traditional labor law, employment litigation and employee relations matters.  He has successfully defended discrimination, harassment and wrongful discharge actions in federal and state courts and before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and state agencies and obtained injunctions enforcing non-competition agreements on behalf of management clients.
