    Facilitator Matt Redmond is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.Matt has extensive background in change management application, quality theory, implementation, and lean approaches. Matt has held quality and operations positions in several industries.  Matt has earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Masters of Business Administration from Walden University. Matt is a senior member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and is an ASQ certified Quality Engineer, Quality Manager, and Six Sigma Black Belt. Matt’s article, "Sixty Minutes to a Solution" appeared in "Quality Progress", a professional journal for quality practitioners. Matt is an innovative and sought-after trainer and problem-solver.
