A recent survey reports that 1/5 of the US population responds "NONE" when asked their religious affiliation. This workshop will address Religion as defined by Title VII and the EEOC; changing demographics in the US with regard to religious affiliation; and how to determine appropriate religious accommodations.
Workshop Leader: Mark Strunk, LMFT, Director, Business Resource Center, Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Employee Assistance Professional and Board Certified Coach.
One (1) HRCI credit has been approved for this workshop.
