     Coaching is a resource for helping individuals, organizations, and systems realize their fullest potential. Coaching works in both personal and organizational relationships. It equips leaders at all levels to relate and lead from their hearts and heads. Coaching, utilized in both corporate and nonprofit organizations, is a leadership process that enables people to be authentic and productive.

     The Pastoral Institute in Columbus, GA, is offering a series of Coaching workshops during 2013 that will provide participants with the coaching skills needed to work with teams, staff, or volunteer groups.

     In the Introduction to Leadership Coaching class, participants will be introduced to how coaching relationships are structured, and a variety of coaching resources and tools will be provided. Coaching principles and practices will be disseminated through experience and practice. Personal application and reinforcement of coaching principles will be utilized.  This workshop is a prerequisite for the other workshops.
