Coaching works both personally and professionally to equip leaders at all levels to relate and lead from their hearts and heads. It is a leadership process that enables people to be authentic and productive in all types of settings.

During each quarter of 2014, the Pastoral Institute will offer a series of Coaching workshops. The four modules are designed to equip participants with the coaching skills needed to work with teams, staff, or volunteer groups.

All classes are based on the International Coaching Federation Core Competencies. Our Coach Training Program is also Board Certified by the Center for Credentialing & Education, Inc.
