Are You Listening?
Facilitator: Cathy Alford, MA, ACC
Communication begins when active listening is applied. Often, some distraction or a desire to speak takes precedence over understanding the speaker's message. In this workshop, the 3 levels of listening will be explored with practical applications of each. Demonstrations and role-playing are included as an experiential part of learning.
