    Presenter Mike Swilley, Senior National Account Executive with InfoMart, will discuss the truths and myths of background screening, the services typically utilized, best practices, etc.  The presentation will focus on criminal backgrounds, where the information comes from, how it is stores, how it is retrieved, the differences between county, state, federal and civil jurisdictions, and most importantly, the truth about "National" background checks.

    This workshop has been approved for one (1) HRCI General Credit.  This workshop is FREE to SHRM-Columbus Members.
