    The Neuroscience of Outstanding Teams

Presenter:  Kim Ruyle - President of Inventive Talent Consulting, LLC

Research has revealed the characteristics and skills of effective teams and team leaders. We know what works. Research in neuroscience explains why. This session addresses practical methods for building and leading effective teams using principles of neuroscience. Learn how to establish trust, create team alignment, foster an environment of threat-free urgency, manage constructive conflict, and accelerate shared learning. Research and case studies are used to illustrate and explain the methods. Apply them, and your team will never be the same!
