is an HR, Talent Acquisition and Career Management Expert.  He is well-known in the Atlanta and national HR and recruiting community for his leadership and expertise in recruiting and talent acquisition success practices and career management.  As Founder and Principal of Talent Connections, LLC (www.talentconnections.net), a professional services firm specializing in executive search and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Founder and Principal of Career Spa (www.careerspa.net), Chair-Elect of the SHRM Foundation and Past President of SHRM-Atlanta (the largest city SHRM Chapter in the country), he has the credentials to back up his reputation.

With experience in both corporate and agency recruiting, Tom's breadth of expertise spans across industries and specialties. Clients have included the Coca Cola Company, Habitat for Humanity International, Cingular, ADP, Booz Allen Hamilton, Deloitte, Newell Rubbermaid, Microsoft, McKesson, and Emory Heathcare.  Talent Connections was a two time Inc. 500 company in 2007 and 2008.

Tom Darrow has over 24 years of experience in the HR and Recruitment profession, including 9 years of combined experience with the global professional services firms of Price Waterhouse (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).

Mr. Darrow earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame. He speaks nationally at conferenes and workshops on topics related to improving corporate recruiting processes and career management.  He lives in Murphy, NC and Atlanta, GA, and in 2004 made his stand-up comedy debut at The Punch Line, the premier comedy club in the Southeast.
