    Balancing Act: A Values Proposition

    Presentation by Kat Cannella

Assistant Director for Leadership/Facilitation, The Leadership Institute

We know what it feels like to have too much to do, and not enough hours in the day to get it all done. So how do you prioritize conflicting priorities, especially when it comes to work/life balance?

Based upon her latest book Thrive, this session will help you define "success" as Huffington Post Editor Arianna Huffington does – beyond the traditional measures of power and money.  How you spend your time is a direct reflection of your values, and while it may seem counterintuitive, the key to "having it all" starts with self-development.  By practicing a shift in mindset and incorporating some simple tools, you too can thrive personally and professionally.
