    This presentation will provide employers with an overview on who is required to comply with the FLSA, the employment relationship test, how to pay proper minimum wage and overtime, white collar exemptions, and the most common FLSA errors to avoid.

    This session will include an overview of the EEOC, federal anti-discrimination laws, agency priorities, lawsuits settled, and best practices for EEO.

    Knowing Your Fiduciary Responsibility and What to expect from an EBSA Investigation | Employee Benefits and Securities Administration, Alycya Henderson

    This presentation will include information on the basic rules of Fiduciary Responsibility under ERISA, a review of plan assets including prudence, prohibited transactions, and self dealing, the requirements for reporting and disclosure, and how to get it right by avoiding common problems.
