    This session will include an overview of the EEOC, federal anti-discrimination laws, agency priorities, lawsuits settled, and best practices for EEO.

    Knowing Your Fiduciary Responsibility and What to expect from an EBSA Investigation | Employee Benefits and Securities Administration, Alycya Henderson

    This presentation will include information on the basic rules of Fiduciary Responsibility under ERISA, a review of plan assets including prudence, prohibited transactions, and self dealing, the requirements for reporting and disclosure, and how to get it right by avoiding common problems.
