    Presenter:  Dr. Mittie Smith

    Dr. Mittie A. Smith retired from the US Army as a Command Sergeant Major after proudly serving for over 28 years throughout the United States and abroad.  Dr. Smith is the President/CEO of Enduring Legacy Services, a Veterans Owned Business, designed to stimulate growth, change, and propel forward action in leaders at any level in diverse organizations.  She is a University Professor of Leadership and Management studies, Professional Certified Life Coach, Mediator, and Facilitator.

    Dr. Smith’s topic examines the role of HR in retaining young professionals.  She will also discuss various strategies to optimize use of young professionals’ talents to keep them engaged and committed.  The net results are increased loyalty, sustained competitive advantages, and a high performing and thriving organization.

    HRCI/SHRM Credits will be available.
