    Kelly Morrow-Baez, Ph.D., LPC, NCC is the co-founder of Aware and Prepared, LLC, a personal protection consulting company that focuses on prevention of domestic violence and assault. Kelly is a corporate trainer, professional coach, author, Nationally Certified Counselor, and Licensed Professional Counselor with a PhD in psychology.

    HR professionals are often at the front lines of this sensitive, often dangerous issue. This presentation will give you the tips and tools you need to respond with confidence in the event that domestic violence comes to work so that your company can stay safe and be a decisive element in the employee’s path from victim to survivor.
