Presenter: Brad CoppageBrad is a Partner in the law firm Hall Booth Smith, P.C., practicing in its Columbus office. He received his BBA in Accounting from Mercer University in 1993, his JD degree from Mercer University School of Law in 1996, and his LLM (Masters of Law) in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law in 1997. Brad is a member of both the Georgia and Alabama Bars, he frequently speaks and writes articles on the topics of estate planning, probate and small business issues, and he writes a monthly estate planning blog for the Firm. Brad Chairs his firms’ Corporate practice Group and co-chairs its Estate planning practice group. His practice is devoted generally to tax, business and personal planning, and is concentrated in the areas of estate planning, probate, entity formation, and general business and tax matters. |
