By the end of this decade 64 million skilled workers will be able to retire!  Is the new work-force different from the retiring workforce?  A focus on generational differences presumes that each generation is fundamentally different, thus, leading to frustration and stress, especially in the workplace.  This session will be an open Q&A discussion with attendees around their questions about generations.  Attendees will be asked to drop their generations questions in a box during lunch and questions will be pull and discussed throughout our time together.  The hope is for participants to recognize that each generation has some common values that can bridge the generational gap and see that age is not as significant as - attitude, dedication, and effort.
