The Servant HR Leader: Not Just a Good Idea; The Right Idea!

Dr. Phil will provide evidence-backed employee turnover management strategies based on his SHRM-approved book entitled Managing Employee Turnover, and will discuss those strategies in the context of Servant Leadership.  Workshop attendees will learn to develop, implement and evaluate employee retention strategies, and learn to establish, develop, and reinforce strategic and healthy relationships across and among employees, leadership, & other organizational stakeholders.

Luncheon meeting is included in the cost of this one-hour workshop.  Buffet line opens at 11:15am; program begins at 11:40am, and the workshop starts at noon.
