    With the current environment, businesses must work harder to insure that their employees are trained in avoiding sexual harassment in the workplace.  Participants will review the evolution of our culture and current events regarding sexual harassment; review definitions and examples of sexual harassment; examine personal liability for managers; learn steps in conducting an investigation; and ways to minimize bullying and harassment in the workplace.
