BRIAN KLEPPER, Ph.D. - Dr. Klepper is a nationally prominent and active market analyst, forecaster and commentator with a particular focus on economics and medical management.  His boutique advisory firm, Healthcare Performance, Inc., has catered to the healthcare supply chain, information technology, care delivery and financial sectors since 1989. He is the columnist on two broad topics, Business of Medicine and Primary Care for Medscape. He will be speaking on how the healthcare industry's practices are harming the larger US economy and why employers must collaborate to be a counterweight in policy and the marketplace.

THOMAS YEARIAN, CLU, ChFC - Mr. Yearian is Corporate VP, Director of Estate & Business Planning Services and Healthcare Reform Compliance Officer for J. Smith Lanier & Co.  His presentation will be "What Employers Need to Know Entering 2014."  He will focus on the mandates and penalties, maximum waiting periods, out-of-pocket limits, employer exchange notices and the pending rules for insured plans and self-funded plans.
