    July Luncheon & Workshop

    “Courageously Leading”

    You may believe that courage only comes in the grandiose acts of valor that make up heroes and history.  The truth is it takes a great deal of courage to lead people in life and work.  Daily courageous interactions culminate to define you and others as leaders.  In this presentation I will show you the effects of small acts of courage, how you can become a courageous leader and how to inspire courage in those around you.

    After 15 years of working in corporate leadership Rebecca learned (the hard way!) that there was more to success than just compliance with the same old rules, norms and ways of doing things. She now shows people and companies how to create a culture of courage where a bias for action, caring for people and winning every day is possible.
